Studio Joo

Studio Joo is a collection of thoughtfully designed, handmade pieces by Brooklyn artist Elaine Tian. Tian studied sculpture at the University of New South Wales in Sydney and went on to pursue her Masters in Design Studies. Her collection of porcelain vessels marries this combination of disciplines, reflecting a keen awareness of form, materials, and function. Tian won the Madeline Sadin Award for ceramics in 2014, and her work has appeared in TimeOut NY, Food & Wine magazine, Daily Candy, Lucky, and Cool Hunting.
